Kangju Machinery's PPR Hot Cold Water Pipe Machine is designed to manufacture PPR pipes suitable for both cold and hot water supply in residential settings. The machine is composed of a vacuum feeding device, hopper dryer, single-screw extruder, mold, marking line co-extruder, vacuum calibration and cooling tank, extended spraying cooling tank, haul-off unit, printer, cutter, and stacking bracket. Additionally, for the production of three-layer PPR fiber-reinforced pipes, an extra extruder is required for the middle fiber layer.

PP-R pipe can be single layer with mark line extruded by one extruder, or two layers, or three layers with middle layer glass fiber reinforced extruded by two or three high efficiency extruders; or four layers ppr glass fiber reinforced pipe,etc.

2. The pipe's stiffness prevents sagging, reduces the need for fixed support points, and ultimately lowers the overall project cost.

3. It offers higher pressure resistance and a longer lifespan even under normal design tremor forces.

4. With improved high-temperature performance, FR/PP-R saves energy and is suitable for hot water systems, operating normally up to 95-100℃. This not only enhances the medium temperature usage but also reduces the need for thick insulation materials, resulting in a lower comprehensive cost.

5. Enhanced water flow: Under the same pressure conditions, the increased wall thickness of FR/PP-R pipes leads to a larger pipe diameter, boosting the water flow rate by 20%.

6. It resolves the issue of pipeline oxygen permeability, ensuring non-toxic and sealed direct contact with water, preventing the formation of sphagnum moss.
